Business Process reviews.
We have re-engineered a complete business - making recommendations to replace a multi-database environment with "one source of the truth". Reducing the maintenance and duplication of data entry/management by 50%.
Document "as is" processes, and design and document "to be" processes to fit current business requirements, with review and agreement before planning and implementation.
